Carlos Perez is a licensed architect in California and Puerto Rico with extensive experience across residential, commercial, hospitality, and interior design projects.
His career began with an internship in Beijing and expanded throuhg collaborations in Puerto Rico, New York, and Los Angeles, shaping his innovative and culturally informed design approach.
As a former professor and director of the digital fabrication lab at the University of Puerto Rico architectural school, he specialized in digital fabrication and parametric design, exploring advanced materials and emerging technologies in construction.
With over two decades of practice, Carlos combines creative vision, technical expertise, and project management skills across a wide range of building types.
Beyond architecture, he designs jewelry and home décor through 3D printing, blending architecture with product design.
